About this Course

Join Outdoor Chattanooga for a calm water kayak adventure on Sale Creek near Dayton. This creek is a tributary of the Tennessee River and has back filled much of the water area as it is close to the confluence of the lake. Our guide staff will provide basic instruction and help you get acquainted with our stable14 foot recreational kayaks, life jackets and paddles. This is a leisurely paced paddle up and back down the creek, around the inlet, amongst the lily pads, with endless possibilities for watching a variety of aquatic wildlife. Always a place of fascination! No previous kayak experience is required.
