Rentals include 4 large rectangular tables with bench seating to accommodate 14-16 people each, 30 additional folding chairs, 4 8-foot rectangular tables, kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, microwave and sink. There is no stove. Set-up and clean up time included in rental time. Maximum occupancy is 125 with use of tables and chairs provided. - - - Serving of alcohol requires prior approval.
